The Land
The "Pond"...Dan will have to become a swamp logger to make it useable...but it's a nice size.
Much of the land was managed very poorly so there are lots of logs and potential firewood all over the place. Someone thought they were a "logger" and chopped down trees willy-nilly...fortunately there are a LOT of trees so you'd never notice the few they took. Unfortunately they left lots of logs and brush too.

Most of the property is thick woods with trails.
